((I'll probably make my template thing for Batwing, Crowfur, and Wall of Cave later.))
Batwing traveled with the other Shadowclan warriors to Fourtrees where they would attend the Gathering. Batwing may have been to Gatherings a lot of times, but she was never be the one to get attached one tiny bit to the cats from other clans she met. By the time, Shadowclan had gotten to Fourtrees, everybody saw that Riverclan had beaten them to there first. Shadowclan poured into the clearing where Batwing went to sit at an open spot. She refused to talk to the other cats who weren't her clanmates; so she decided to perk her ears and eavesdrop on as many conversations as she could until the leaders would tell their news of what happened in the clans. Batwing saw Miststar talking to Bliss'star and trying to form an alliance with her. Batwing knew that her leader disliked Thunderclan and Windclan the most as they were the only two clans bordering Shadowclan's territory. The calico she-cat figured that by teaming up with Riverclan, they'll be able to take down the other two clans easily. Batwing liked the thought of the idea. If there were less clans in the forest, then there would be less enemies for Shadowclan. But of course, even if Riverclan did decide to ally themselves with her clan, Batwing wouldn't give them any trust. For all she knew, Riverclan might decide to betray Miststar and the rest of Shadowclan in the end. The looks on the Riverclan warriors' faces said that they didn't approve of the alliance with Shadowclan. That was all the more reason for Batwing not to like them or take them lightly. Then she saw Thunderclan coming into the clearing. Batwing stared at them warily as the entered Fourtrees.

Lionfrost had been in her own thoughts, but Miststar asking Bliss'star to form an alliance made her snap her head up. 'An alliance, why would we won't to form an alliance?' she asked herself pricking her ears to hear the rest of the conversation relieved when Bliss'star said, 'that she would consider the offer,' the answer was a small relief, 'I would've preferred that she said an outright no, but then again that's my opion, because I'm so anti-social,' she thought flicking her ears lost in her own thoughts. Listening to other conversations around the gathering picking up the voice of the apprentice who had gotten in trouble last time. It seemed that at least Shadowclan was keeping an eye on the apprentices. Gazing around she was surprised to realize that Windclan had yet to arrive at the gathering, but a moment later let the thought slide. "Clans had run late before, but she had never been to one of the gatherings that they had, even though she was a little old this was her first gathering as a warrior, an accident as an apprentice had forced her to spend moons in the medicine den recovering and had made her apprenticeship run late. She gazed up at the moon knowing that it made her fur look light brown, when really it was golden, and when the moon hit her eyes it made them look silver, though they were a frosty blue.

"Bliss'star, my dear. I will be fine. Your kindess towards your clan members is unconditional - everyone should learn from that."
The silver leader was almost blushing. She gave the elder a quick nod and a respectful head dip, standing as she saw the other two leaders leap onto the rock. Her ears rose, curious about the abundance of conversation around her. Some where whispers, others just out in blunt conversation to catch up. These nights were the she-cat's favorite. She strived for peace with the clans, hoping that one day they could all just leave behind past battles and quarrels. That day would never come, however, and she knew it. Cats would be cats. Taking a few steps, she noticed a few worried looks of her clanmates blinking at her. They must've heard Miststar talking to me, she thought, giving the worried members just a blink of uncertainty to answer their questions. She needed to ask a few questions before making an alliance. Miststar didn't act to sympathedic to the leaders of ThunderClan and ShadowClan at the meeting, and who knows what she would do to punish their hateful words. Tensions had been deep ever since that night. Who knew what was to come in the reports tonight?
She had made it to the leader's rock. Raising her muzzle, she gazed at the pawholds, narrowing her eyes as she calculated the fasted route. She didn't want to fall and embaress herself. The wetrock was one thing to climb, and she had to practice with wet paws and slippery pets as a deputy. This shouldn't be as hard. Leaning onto her haunches, she lept into the air, landing on the jagged stone. She began to hop rock to rock, almost like a squirrel going tree to tree in the branches. She was quickly at the top, giving the two leaders a welcoming grin before taking a seat to the left of Leopardstar to separate ThunderClan and ShadowClan. The lineup for news was now ThunderClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan. "Has anyone heard WindClan?" she murmured to the two leaders, raising her ears in the direction of the moors. "I'd hate to start without them, but it is getting rather late."

Leopardstar shot her gold eyes across the clearing. She breathed in the mixed scent of the clans. Only one was missing, WindClan. Where are they? Her eyes narrowed, not realizing Miststar until her scent blew into her face like a whirlwind. She wanted to scrunch her nose, but knew that would be rude, and she would notice. Not looking at her, she spotted some of her clan talking with RiverClan, and the brave with ShadowClan.
Thinking about this, she saw Bliss'star's short gray pelt leaping up the Great Rock. She looked over and smiled, noticing how she sat inbetween her and Miststar. Not caring, she listened to her speak. "No, I can't smell them, and the wind is blowing towards us. I do hope she's alright." She frowned, hoping that she would get here soon, because she was itching to get home. Leopardstar would eventually get used to the preasure of the gatherings, bit right now with the tension between the clans, she wanted nothing of it.

Batwing looked Bliss'star and Leopardstar talking about Windclan being late to the Gathering. 'Hah! And Windclan said that they were the fastest cats in the land. Well tonight, they're the slowest slugs on the plains,' she thought mockingly of Windclan. 'You might as well start the Gathering without them, you know very well how impatient you're getting. It wouldn't do your sanity any good,' she said silently to the three leaders as she hoped for them to start very soon. Even Batwing was getting impatient and irritated at having to wait for Windclan to come. 'They had better be getting attacked by rogues or dogs,' she thought as she didn't want any other excuse for Windclan not being here on time.

Aches and pain shot through Moonstar as she ran across the hills, checking behind her. Her Clanmates were keeping up relatively well, but some were still dragging behind due to injuries. Why tonight? Dear StarClan why tonight?!
Moonstar knew that she should have acted faster to the rogue incidents on her territory, but thought that it was taken care of when she and Crowfur confronted the third rogue they seen. But apparently, so was not the case; a band of the vicious cats soon raided their camp, destroying their prey supplies and harming multitudes of cats in the process. And to make matters worse, it was on the day the gathering would commence. StarClan help me, my Clan is coming apart.
Approaching the four towering oaks, WindClan slowed their pace, the faint scent of blood and the sound of panting lingering in the air. Moonstar stopped at the edge of the trees, sniffing into the clearing, and smelling all three Clans already. No surprise there... she thought painfully, realizing that she was (once again) late. Looking over her shoulder at her battle-worn Clan, she flicked her tail for them to follow in. The silver she-cat gave her chest a quick lick, knowing that it would not be enough.
Soon, the cats filed into the Clearing, Moonstar avoiding eyes with the leaders on the Great Rock. Instead she made her way over to the rock, ungracefully bounding up the jagged edges until she scrabbled ontop and took her seat to the far right next to the leaders.

Leopardfang was relieved when she smelt WindClan. But why do they smell like rouges and blood? They must've gotten attacked. Poor Moonstar... An idea flung into her head, though. Maybe they should make an allience like Miststar propossed to Bliss'star. The other may have not realized she head as well, but she was secretly yowling in anger on the inside.
As the silver tabby climbed up and sat down clostest to Leopardstar, even though she wasn't sitting next to her. Leopardstar gave her a smile and a small nod, understanding what she must've been through to get here. She then looked at the other leaders and spoke to the three others, "Shall we start? We are all here and it's getting very late," also shooting Moonstar a sympithetic gaze.
Wind ruffling through her pelt, she shivered a little in her light coat. Right about now, she envied Bluefire, her mate, for having thick and long fur to rest in. She leaned over the rock and looked at him, glad he took the place of her deputy for now. She didn't want anyone to think their's had died and she appointed her own mate, though.

Moonstar shivered. Not just because it was cold. But because she was nervous. It was her first gathering, one of the most important, and she was dead last to arrive. This would not reflect well on her in the future. What would other leaders think of her? Weak? Irresponsible? Mousebrained? And her Clan too. Their leader the most important cat in the Clan, failed to stop a rogue invasion. What would they think about her?
"Shall we start? We are all here and it's getting very late," Moonstar was caught up in all this thinking that she barely heard Leopardstar. "Oh, uh Yes," she nodded, turning to RiverClan's leader Bliss'star.

Earlier When Windclan was about to move out of their camp to go to Fourtrees, a big gang of rogues decided to come into camp and raid their home. Moonstar had lead her warriors to fight back the rogues. Crowfur had fought with courage and speed as he clawed at rogues, evaded some of their attacks, and countered swiftly before they could recover. But of course, like the rest of the warriors, he too had received wounds in the heat of the battle. After the rogues were defeated and routed, the Windclan warriors didn't have enough time to have all their wounds and injuries treated, so the medicine cats only used a few herbs to heal a few of the warriors's wounds before they would leave for Fourtrees. Crowfur was one of the warriors who didn't get treated, so he had to go to the Gathering looking like a ripped animal. "Geeze, talk about bad timing for a rogue attack. It was like they were here to stop us from going to the Gathering," said Crowfur without any humor whatsoever.
Present Batwing started smelling stenches of blood and asked, "Okay, where is that smell coming from?" Then she saw Windclan finally coming into Fourtrees and making their way into the clearing with wounds on their bodies. "Well look who decided to show up! What took you skinny fleabags so long? I was hoping the Gathering would start without you holding us back with your lateness," Batwing said with contempt. Crowfur padded past the calico Shadowclanner as he growled, "Don't start this, Batwing! This is a Gathering, a time of peace between clans. Anyway, we just had a fight with the rogues who tried to raid our camp. They're gone now." He went to sit next to a Riverclan cat (or is he suppose to be up with Moonstar; I forgot)and licked his wounds. He wasn't in the mood for Batwing's ridicules as he felt pain all over his body from the fight with the rogues.

Bliss'star blinked, her ear perking up higher. She could finally hear pawsteps of the WindClan warriors. Signing in relief, they finally burst into the clearing, the scent of blood and rogues hitting her nose rather than their usual scent of open moor and rabbits. The scent of rogue almost made Bliss'star cough, but she would put up with it. The once mixed clan scents were now intruded by the blood of warriors, something no one would ever want to show off at a gathering. The silver leader wondered what exactly happened, but they had no time for questions. They had to start and end this gathering.
"Shall we start? We are all here and it's getting very late,"
"Let's go on ahead," she nodded to Moonstar, Leopardstar, and Miststar, her eyes focusing on the WindClan leader. Tonight it seemed like first come, first serve, but she hoped Moonstar would tell what happened to her clan before anything else. Curiousity was pricking at the she-cats pelt.

Moonstar waited for the RiverClan leader to start, but instead Bliss'star turned towards her. Oh, she probably wants me to explain my tardiness. I get it. Turning to face the multitudes of cats down below the Great Rock, the silver she-cat swallowed before continuing.
"I apologize for being rather late--again--to tonight's gathering. As of recent a band of malicious rogues have caused some problems amongst WindClan. And whilst preparing for the gathering, an unexpected attack raided our camp. Prey was destroyed and cats were harmed. But nonetheless, with the herbs at our disposal, our medicine cat did the best they could do before we had to leave." Moonstar explained, wide eyes flickering around the clearing nervously. Now she turned to Bliss'star, in hope's she'd continue.

Rogues...since when do they fight in a group? she thought, nodding as Moonstar finished with her little appology. Bliss'star then stood, giving the she-cat a sympathedic dip of her head. "I pray that WindClan will recover and hopefully get rid of those rogues very soon in the future," she blinks, raising her head before facing the clans, letting her limbs raise up as she focused on her report. She had to go over these words a few times to remember them perfectly. RiverClan was strong and they deserved a little recognition.
"Over this past moon, we have been recovering from the loss of our beloved leader, Barrenstar," she blinked, leaving a small pause before continuing. "However, with one to fall, others must rise. I, Bliss'star, chose Lightningstripe as our deputy this moon," she nodded toward the tom, giving a small smile. She paused for cheering of his name, the usual greeting for any cat that had recieved a new rank. "We also have one new apprentice--Aquapaw!" she grinned, watching the small blue tom. "Other than ceremonies, the river is full of fish, and so is our fresh-kill pile. RiverClan is prospering this season!"
She took a seat with that, a few cheers and yowls from her clanmates continuing with her final words before she wrapped her tail around her body, turning to Leopardstar as she would begin her Clan's report.

After Moonstar explained that the Windclan had been attacked by rogues and their prey pile destroyed, Bliss'star went next and said that Lightningstripe had become the new deputy of Riverclan. Clan cats cheered for the new deputy as Crowfur chanted, "Lightningstripe, Lightningstripe, Lightningstripe!" Batwing chanted too, but it was with less enthusiasm than everyone else's. Riverclan also had a new apprentice named Aquapaw. Again, Crowfur and Batwing cheered the same way they did when they cheered for Lightningstripe. After Bliss'star said that Riverclan was prospering from lots of fresh-kill, Crowfur thought, 'Sounds like Riverclan's doing well.' Batwing looked at Moonstar and smirked as she thought, 'Moonstar only mentioned bad news in her clan. Makes Windclan look weak.'

Aquapaw raced near his mentor all the way to Fourtrees. The farthest he went was a tail-legth, and he even got nervouse when he did. Sure, the apprentice was excited for his first gathering, but he was a little leary around new cats. He really only liked his mentor and leader to be friendly with them. And what would he tell these other apprentices? He didn't even know how to fish yet!
They came to a stop at what he presumed was the entrance to the hollow. He tried to see his leader from the back of the group, but had no luck since he was the shortest apprentice. Just wait 'till I get bigger. I'll be taller than all of you! He smiled, thinking of how big he might get when the clan rushed forward, almost leaving him in the dust. He was the last to race down with the RiverClan cats, and was seperated from his mentor.
He sat near the middle of the clearing near the elder Silverstream while she and Bliss'star had a conversation. He wasn't trying to eavesdrop, but he was just sitting right there! Hoe could he not hear them? It had been a while, and WindClan still hadn't shown up. Where are those skinny flea-bags? I thought they were fast, or so I've been told...
WindClan had finally arrived, and the three clans probably all smelt them before they appeared covered in blood. Moonstar quickly joined the other leaders, and appologized. Ew, I would hate to be their clan right now. He turned his gaze fully to the leaders now. The gathering had started, and he never got to meet with any apprenticess. He was diapointed, but nonetheless still excited to be here.
"We also have one new apprentice--Aquapaw!" The blue tom jumped as he heard his name, and his clanmates fixed their somewhat proud gazes on him. Others from the different clan did the same, looking where the RiverClanner's eyes were locked. He stod up, shaking, and dipped his head to Bliss'star in his thanks for mentioning him.

Leopardstar listened to Bliss'star's report, looking at her RiverClan cats with an open mind. If only my deputy was here, and if only we had more apprentices. She wanted to scowl, but knew almost all eyes were on her now. She could no longer have her side conversations, make rude comments, (even though that was only in her apprentice days) or make any facial expressions that she didn't want others to see. She would miss it (even the comments) though this was much more breathtaking.
Bliss'star was now over, and in the corner of her eye, she caught her looking at the leopard looking she-cat. oh, great, I'm next. Here goes nothing... Leopardstar gulped, and blinked back at Bliss'star before standing and stepping forward, quickly glancing down at Bluefire. He gave her a small reasuring smile.
"ThunderClan's last leader, Willowstar, gave her last life this moon to save a kit wandering in the forest to a fox. Both the kit and Willowstar died. The fox was later killed by one of our warriors." She paused for a moment, praying to her leader up in StarClan and holding back tears. Her voice stayed strong though. "Anyway, I have chosen blank to be ThunderClan's new deputy. Unfortunatly, blank has caughten a cold and could not attend this night's gathering." She shrugged her shoulders, and gave a glum look to the gathered cats. "Prey is running well, and ThunderClan is fully fed. We have a new aprrentice, Lightpaw. She is Oakpelt's new apprentice in the medicine den!" Cheers broke out and she stepped back, flicking her tail gently to Moonstar's side, urging her to do her report.
