After the Gathering (OPEN)

[Crowfur]

After the Gathering was over, Windclan had returned to camp and laid on the grass to sleep. A few warriors went to Rosenblight and Cloverpaw to try to get their wounds they've suffered from the rogue attack on camp earlier, healed. Crowfur was licking his wounds to soothe the pain a bit until it was his turn to get treated. He was also fighting sleep, so that he wouldn't miss hearing the medicine cats call for him if they had enough time before their work was done for tonight. But if they got too tired and sleepy to continue, then Crowfur would have to wait until next day. Hopefully his wounds would heal overnight so that the medicine cats wouldn't have to use up any more herbs than necessary before they got completely depleted.

To pass the time a bit, Crowfur remembered the events at the gathering where Miststar had accused Leopardstar of leading Thunderclan into her territory and killing her deputy, Raventalon, and the queen, Vixenwhisper, and her kits. Miststar sure looked pretty angry when she was blaming the rival leader, while Leopardstar was appalled at being wrongfully accused. Then the fight between the two leaders broke out that the clouds had to cover the moon to show Starclan's displeasure at the broken truce. Bliss'star had to end the Gathering to break up the fight. 'Vixenwhisper. It was too bad the nice she-cat had to die like that. Well I don't know if she really did get murdered by Thunderclan. I mean how can we know who's lying and who's not,' Crowfur thought as he looked up at the full moon and the twinkling stars above.

[Cloverpaw]

"Oh Crowfur!", Cloverpaw was surprised to see the deputy.
"I can help your wounds now", He explained. He grabbed some burdock, cobwebs, and poppyseeds. He chewed the burdock spitting it out on a leaf to apply to Crowfur's wounds.

[Crowfur]

Crowfur heard his name being called and looked to see Cloverpaw with the herbs ready at his disposal. As the medicine cat healed his wounds, Crowfur said, "Well it's about time. Not was impatient the whole time." The treated wounds' pains slowly receded until they stopped hurting altogether.

"The attack was big, most warriors have big wounds", Cloverpaw explained.
"It is good I am trained more for my age, I can heal most minor wounds like yours", He looked at Crowfur's treated wounds.
"Here eat some poppyseeds so you can sleep well",Cloverpaw handed Crowfur the poppyseeds.

[Lostvoice]

Lostvoice walked out of the warriors den licking her injured shoulder. Like Crowfur she hadn't seen to the medicine cats until after the gathering. Even though she hadn't gone to the gathering she had decided to wait until she was told about the gathering.

Looking around she spotted Cloverpaw and Crowfur and walked over. Her shoulder was slightly swollen one of the rogues that she had been fighting had bit hard into her shoulder not letting go until the rogues fled from the camp. She came to a stop beside the two cats watching Cloverpaw give Crowfur some poppy seeds. The only reason she had decided not to go to the gathering was because of her shoulder. She loved going to gatherings hearing how the other clans were coping, but tonight she had to listen to one of her clan mates tell her about the gathering. It still shocked her when she had found out about the fight between Leopardstar and Miststar.

"Hello Lostvoice!", Cloverpaw friendly motioned Lostvoice closer to where Cloverpaw and Crowfur were sitting. "I will give you some poppyseeds too and clean out and patch you wound", Cloverpaw started to rub the moist burdock on Lostvoice's shoulder.

[Crowfur]

Crowfur smiled as Cloverpaw said that he was trained for healing and that he can heal most minor wounds. After the medicine cat apprentice told him to eat some poppy seeds, Crowfur replied, "Okay." Then he ate the poppyseeds. He watched Cloverpaw heal Lostvoice as tranquility and sleep started to take its hold on him. Maybe in the morning, Crowfur or some other warrior could tell the brown she-cat what happened at the Gathering. Crowfur curled himself and closed his green eyes as he went to sleep.

[Lostvoice]

Lostvoice watched her, her eyes flicking to the sky the only reason she had know something bad had happened at the gathering was because clouds had covered the moon. That had happened once before when she was an apprentice. Tuning in back to her surroundings she continued to watch Cloverpaw. She had only just become a warrior, even though she was 16 moons old. She had started he training four moons late, and if she had gone to the gathering she would've been named as a new warrior.

[Cloverpaw]

Cloverpaw saw Lostvoice look to the gray sky."The gathering did not go well", Cloverpaw replied.

[Lostvoice]

Lostvoice nodded flicking her ears and curled her tail over her paws

[Cloverpaw]

"You seem tense",Cloverpaw blinked his eyes curiously at the young warrior. Cloverpaw gave Lostvoice thyme to soothe her. "Eat it, it will help", Cloverpaw winked at her, she wanted to know about the gathering he could tell someone would tell her.

[Lostvoice]

Lostvoice licked up the thyme and ate it

[Cloverpaw]

"Miststar was rude to Leopardstar",Cloverpaw told Lostvoice.

[Lostvoice]

Lostvoice nodded wondering why accusions were already flying around.

[Cloverpaw]

"Miststar believes that Leopardstar killed her deputy",Cloverpaw explained.
