In celebration to our new layout, Take Off RPG will be having its own advertising contest!
"Advertising contest? What's that?"
Well, I'm glad you asked, dearest member of mine. An advertising contest is not as complex as it seems. Members will compete to see how many of our advertisement they can post on other websites. Every time you post on a website and make note of it back here on this thread, you will receive one point. Members will have their name on the thread with their number of points beside it. The member with the highest points on August 24th, 2012 wins! This will not only bring in new members, but hopefully raise activity, and be fun, too! We are a new site, we deserve a little recognition for our effort into making it such a beautiful place.
"Alright, I'm in! What do I win?"
Hold up, silly member, I'm not finished! Before you can win anything, you must understand the rules of this contest. Yes, there will be prizes, but you can't win unless you do listen to the rules.
- Rule 1: Any site is fair game. It doesn't have to be just proboards site. It can be any type of site that allows advertisements to be posted there. Make sure they allow sites like ours to be posted there. If you do not follow their rules, I will have to apologize to them myself as well as remove it. Nobody wants that to happen.
- Rule 2: Posts only count if they are posted from July 21, 2012 and forward. You posted our advertisement on a site last week that you want to count toward your winnings? Sorry, that's not allowed. Posts only count from the day of this post until the end on August 24th, 2012.
- Rule 3: If a site has already been posted on, do not post another advertisement! Make sure to check if there has been a post made on the site as well. We do not want to double-post!
- Rule 4: Anyone may enter. Yes, that means you too, my lovely staff! All except myself, since I advertise for the site daily anyway.
"Alright, fine. I got it, there are still rules to follow. But what do I win?"
- 1st Place - A free character table, ƒ1000 to spend in the new shop, and becomes the first member of the month!
- 2nd Place - A free character table, ƒ700 to spend in the shop
- 3rd Place - A free character table, ƒ300 to spend in the shop
- Not-Placed - All members entered in the contest will receive ƒ100 for participation.
"Sweet! How do I enter?"
After you post on one or more sites, copy the link of your ad and reply to this thread. Every time you advertise on one site, you will get a point. I will keep a list of how many ads each member has posted on this thread as well to keep it organized.

Yay! I'm happy to enter and this sounds really fun, Hazze! Here are the sites I've advertised onso far, and I will edit this post daily when I advertise on other sites!
